Mission Statement and Goals
Victims before criminals - When a conflict of interests arises between the rights of a victim and a criminal, the victims rights takes precedence even when, in its fulfillment, the rights of the criminal may not only be ignored but actively infringed upon.
Justice before legalism - The law should stand to serve justice not hinder it. If the mere application of law undermines apparent justice, then the legal principle should be considered subservient to the dictates of justice.
Victims of crime eligible for legal aid assistance to pursue justice.
A complete overhaul of the criminal justice system - The justice system to be predicated on the three prioritized goals of crime reduction and prevention; siding with victims of crime and the law-abiding; and the re-instatement of punishment, shame, and retribution as legitimate means to deter re-offending.
Assets of those punishable by imprisonment for a term of three years or longer are to be seized for victim support unless proven to be lawfully obtained.
Everyone accused and charged of crime will have a limited right to legal aid - those found guilty will have the full cost of their legal aid bill as a debt to be paid and/or worked off during their prison term except and unless, they have pleaded guilty.
Fundamental changes to the criminal justice system to be assented by referendum. |

Reducing Crime
Have you considered with all the resources we have in this country why crime is escalating rather than deceasing? To start with look at the limp wristed MP’s more concerned with rehabilitation of the criminal than restorative justice for the victim. Crime is an $11 billion dollar industry with so many vested interest there is no way it will be allowed to decline. A multitude of government departments who’s’ soul purpose is to cater to the scum of society.
Remember crime is a career option, not compulsory but the choice instead of working as a tax paying member of society. After all why go out there and study to get a qualification to make you attractive to an employer when you can steal and bludge your way through life. Even more so if you are a member of a minority and have loud mouthed advocates inside and outside of the parliament. Of the minorities in this country half of the jail inmates come from one ethnic group.
With all the methods to date being abject failures what is another choice for society to reduce the crime wave? There are two rather obvious ones, low cost and very effective.

Stop the criminals breeding as they contribute to the next generation of scum we have in society. There are a number of methods from chemical castration to plastic cable ties. Cable ties at $2.00 for 75 at the Warehouse are by far are the best deal, clean, quick and 100% affective. Can be applied by a couple of determined vigilantes (with a few wrestling skills) on a dark night in a leafy street in any city suburb. Half a dozen randomly applied to gang members and crime would plummet.
Before the limp wristed, PC academic and prospecting lawyers start bleating and foaming at the mouth. What is the greatest fear a male has? Losing his manhood! What can’t a eunuch do, besides contribute to the gene pool of the next generation of criminals? Nothing actually, they can get a job, get an education, contribute to the community and whatever else they choose. Great job opportunities in Middle Eastern harems for those work shy bludgers left behind.

Make jail time so unattractive they’ll do anything to avoid it. This can be achieved by a severe, inflexible, discipline applicable to everyone jailed for whatever time, no exceptions.
6.00 am: 10 km run rain, hail or shine and for those who can't run to start with they walk until they can.
7.00 am: After breakfast off to school to learn all the things they skipped school from when they were playing truant.
12.00 pm: Lunch, then a communication class for a couple of hours to learn to communicate verbally instead of physically.
3.00 pm: after smoko: although there is no cigarettes, drugs of any kind as rehabilitation is all cold turkey for everyone, non exceptions. They can work in the workshop, kitchen or wherever else they have qualified to be employed.
5.00 pm: After tea they can watch TV, play pool, cards, study or whatever they have earned the privileges to do.
I forgot to tell you. They are put into team of six when they arrive and for the duration of their stay. The team could have a rapist, a burglar, a car thief, a paedophile, a child molester and a gang mobster. They have to learn to get along just as we in the real world do. If one steps out of line and gets a weeks solitary for example, the rest of the team gets locked down at the same time. Of course when the naughty boy gets out his team members will want to have a chat about his misdemeanours. He isn’t likely to do it again as it is a self policing system.
What is the crim coming out of jail going to do after he goes back to his old haunts? The first thing his mates are going to ask is “what was it like in there”?
When he related the severity of the inflexible discipline and the team environment his criminal prospects are going to think twice about following his footsteps. After all why subject yourself to a regime as severe as that when with a little thought you can stay clear of it. Even as far as enrolling in the army if you can stand the discipline but instead of being locked up every night you’ll get paid.
For several years now I‘ve been advocating a change to the current system, which is an abject failure but has anything been done of real value? Other than wall papering nothing because of the vested interest, there are to many people who live off crime and earn a very generous income for there to be any change any time soon.
I have exhausted my patience and can see no pointing pursuing this philosophy any further. Unless someone wishes to buy the website with all it’s links and search engine connections (a second hand website is a much better deal than a new one for those reasons) I’ll close it down at the end of July.
I wish to thank all those people who have contributed to its ongoing exposure so far, and if any of you have connections that would benefit from it please ask them to get in touch.
Kind Regards,
Lou Harrison-Smith
